Same problem here. Updated to 4.0 – Font’s won’t load correctly. Turned on Enable Google Fonts and now site won’t load at all – get timeouts. Site has been fine for years and now this. Rolling Back.

I’m having same issue across all my websites which use Astra theme – featured image is not being disabled – I’m having to remove featured image alltogether.

It’s a problem with the headers and footers plugin after update. I downloaded the plugin “rollback” and rolled it back to before the update. That will have to do until the programmers release a fix or new update

To anybody else who is having this problem (this thread has not been resolved)… the simple solution is to make sure the free shipping zone is above all other shipping zones (drag and drop it to the top). Surprised none of the “happiness engineers” picked up on this. Or maybe I’m not surprised come to think of it.
