The demo account is by default promotional, i.e. the message will not deliver on dnd registered number.

However as you mentioned the above transactional used case, you need to purchase transactional credits on https://www.smsalert.co.in, that will deliver on both DND and non-dnd numbers.

Please note length of OTP can be changed between 3 to 8 digits, using the above method.

To activate OTP on registration go to Customer Templates Tab in SMS Alert Plugin and Tick on Enable OTP on registration(under Select All OTP), and save settings.

Currently we do not support Pie Register Plugin, we will check for the feasibility and update you on this, whether we can do it in future or not.

Please update your plugin to version 2.9.13 or later.

You can now send alerts to both post author and admin. To do this, please enter multiple admin mobile numbers separated by comma, and for post author use “post_author”

For eg. you want to send notification to 8010551055(admin) and post author, then you should enter post_author,8010551055 in admin mobile number field.

We have never tested calling any of our functions from any other plugin.

FYI: the function send_custom_sms() is for sending custom sms from order page, and can not be used from any other plugin.

If we have any such provision in future we will make a note of it in plugin description page.
