You need to untick “Show OTP in popup”, this will ask OTP on page itself. this is useful for users who already have their form in popup, or do not want popup style for otp.

There is a new OTP template added which allows user to edit / change mobile number, under otp template, click on edit/customise template and select first template style, if you plan to use the new popup style.
