Thank you for using our theme, Please follow the step below to remove/add shape divider of Banner Section:
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Editor > Click on Banner Section
> Click on Cover (inside header) > Click on Advanced (under layout at the right side of the page editor)
> Remove/Add “fotawpbanner-with-slantbottom” class at ADDITIONAL CSS CLASS(ES)
> Saved the page.

We are sorry to late replay, hope you are resolve this issue. If not please follow the step below to add reusable block/pattern to any section:
– Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Editor Option > Click on + (Add) button on the top right (Edit mode) > Search block/pattern name that you created before.
– You can add from here.

It seems that you are using an old version of FotaWP, we have already updated the theme with fixed this issue, please update the theme (both theme – FotaWP and Fota Agency) to the latest version before update WordPress.
