We have a role handler plugin installed, which identifies the customer as member (after paid subscription) and a non-customer as subscriber with no backend access.

All settings make it appear as though they should be auto-approved. Even in the dashboard, there are 0 that need to be approved. However, when I go to the list of members, and choose the most recent members and manually approve them anyway, they are then added to the directory. It’s like there’s a bug in there…

Forget paying for the paid version of this product. If I can’t get any customer support in a week, why should I pay?

I don’t want feature images to be disabled site-wide. Just on these event posts.

I can’t upload a screenshot, but I set each property that is previously managed so that the “status” is “not available.” On the Previously Managed page, I input the List Properties widget and chose “not available” from the Status drop down menu as a filter.

Please assume that I don’t have the same level of knowledge as you. Where on the page?? I don’t see attributes. Is it in the List Properties widget settings or somewhere on the page itself?? Please provide specific examples.

Scott, I tried to do that, but it didn’t change anything. I copied and deleted the file, and it did nothing.

I am not a developer by any stretch and can’t really code. How do I “disable” the website field during job submission?

I’ve been at a major site move for about 3 hours with duplicator and still can’t get it to work. I moved the installer and package over. I access the installer.php page just fine and enter in all database information. I test the connection, which is successful, and start the process. It goes for about a minute and then I get a blank page. When I enter the URL of the site, all I see is a prompt to register a new WordPress site.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong??
