It appears to only be an issue on mobile devices. Almost as if the site is timing out. On a desktop it eventually is captured but does take some time.

In that case how would I be able to add the dropdown without the min, max, step, etc? I’m not too concerned about min/Max and as long as the step is just 1 then I’m happy! But I would love the drop-down feature.

Sorry, I guess I didn’t mention that option that I was interested in. I’m most interested in having a drop down option on all of my products. And as you mentioned in the plugin settings, the drop down option is unavailable for variable products. Most of our customers order through mobile devices so it’s annoying to have to click on our quantity box, delete the old quantity, and then type in a new quantity.

I’d also like to know more about this topic. Buttons work great on product page but don’t do anything on the shop page when my product lightbox is opened.

Okay, I understand. Is it possible for me to change the logic so that the addon price is multiplied by the units purchased? Does that make sense?
