In reply to: Child theme needed for WordPress 6.0.1 with theme Twenty Twenty-Two?That would override styles when the theme has an update. You can still reach the Customizer to store some CSS by visiting
yoursite.com/wp-admin/customize.php
, or use a plugin to store any overrides as well.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Navigation block – Managing MenusI would like a visual way to see all pages, posts, and other post types when creating menus so that I don’t have to remember the names of each thing to be linked.
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress – Wix – SquareSpace – GoDaddyThe great thing about WordPress is all the customization options.
There are free and premium plugins that will focus in on non-profit work. If you want to have WordPress something, likely there is a theme/plugin for it.I’d suggest considering what features the client may need at launch, and again as they grow. Do they want to fundraise from their site? Do they have or need the site to integrate with a payment gateway? Will they want an event calendar or ability to sell tickets on the site? Will they update the site content (posts/articles) themselves? Do they want an email newsletter included? Getting the full scope of what they may need at and after launch as they grow will help you sort out the options.
Disclaimer: I am a GoDaddy Pro web design & developer advocate, focused specifically on a tool that allows devs to update many client WordPress websites on any platform, along with but not limited to the managed WordPress hosting. So – GoDaddy can also include using WordPress, though there are plenty of other options.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Problem with Classic EditorHey there @kristiz I just ran through a series of tests and was unable to reproduce the issue.
I tested with and without the Classic Editor plugin, with and without our block editor enabled in Events > Settings > General (if it is enabled but Classic Editor is enabled classic mode is still used), I also tested with our new views and the former view.
I had no other plugins active at the time besides TEC, ET, and Classic Editor for those tests.
I’d suggest starting with a full conflicts test. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/
Please let us know if the issue happens with ALL other plugins deactivated and using a default theme.
