Apljdi – I started reading MU after downloading and saw that remark about “if you’re a novice, you should just go to WordPress.com and use their already set up blogs”… the kind that read your blog name.wordpress.com …

cbwa4321 – Yeaaaa… I used Fantastico and it was super fast install. Now just have to drag in a desired theme and set it up… Fantastico allows me to name the new folder so no confusion with the other blog (or blogs). This should be standard info on the
WP installation site for second blogs, etc. Thanks for your help

Duh .. found the “link” link under manage, opened it, deleted the unneeded links and will put in what I want.

duh… found the “link” link under manage, opened it, deleted all those “unneeded” links and will load it up with what’s needed

When I click “edit” my Links (blogroll) I’m told there are no “options” for this widget ??? any ideas on how to get into the widget to change the name and delete all the geeky links that are there now?

good place to start BUT … when I click on Manage/Links and go to the Links-Blogroll – it tells me there is nothing to manage. On the web display, however, there are a lot of links listed all about geeky stuff, not about my site.

Can someone lead me through this 1, 2, 3 … thanks!
