Hi

Im getting the error with 2023 and 2022. I currently have 2017 installed and was thinking of an update. I can do a live preview of the Classic theme and Twenty Twenty One. I get the following error message.

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Well after some investigation I have solved the problem. I changed my theme, form one called Arunja to one of the WordPress default themes. The problem was fixed immediately. I have added all my usual plugins and things are fine.
I have manged to upload media etc. The new theme 2011 I think is working fine, with some custom headers photos.

I am having the same issue the add media button is not working on my 3.5 install. I have deactivated all plugins and this does not help. I am also experiencing problems with the button that turns the editor to full page.

Any quick fix on the way?

Thankyou to harry216921 this worked a treat for me I resolved the issue immediately.

I am no PHP guru so this was a simple fix for me.

Thanks again now I can trouble the inter-webs with my photos ??

Thanks for the reply, the link was helpful and a I managed to install the update.
The plugin didn’t work , however uninstalling a number of plugins(19) did the trick.

I found the offending code embedded in the theme I am using I guess persistence pays

With Word 2007 you can publish directly to wordpress and other blogs

I am new to wordpress, and this sort of plug would be great. I do wonder where this has gone.
