I was able to find two different options that I think will work for you!
Pinpoint Booking System is in the plugin directory and can be downloaded for free.
and
WP Booking Calendar
This one you would need to purchase.

I personally use Seedprod’s Coming Soon Page Pro 5 and I found this post on their site:

I did some digging about your request. In the world of plugins I found Custom Comment Notifications. It has been a while since it has been updated, though.

The other option I found is to add some snippets to your function.php file.
