This is not actually the theme issue but I would like to suggest a few things.

• Use Yoast or Rankmath or a good SEO plugin, setup them correctly, either on this plugin on each page/post you have options to add image for social sites like Facebook and Twitter
• Clear the cache of Facebook share from Facebook Sharing Debugger

I would like to suggest you learn more about these things since it is not the scope of the theme.

It is due to the same class name as the theme. For the quick fix you can use the following custom CSS on Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS

.checkbox {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
}
.checkbox input[type=checkbox] {
    position: static;
    opacity: 1;
    cursor: pointer;
    height: inherit;
    width: inherit;
    margin: 0;
}

For alignment issue please use the following custom CSS

.navigation ul li:first-child a {
    margin: 20px 20px 20px 20px;
}

We have adjusted this value according to your setting. If you change the setting it should be changed for now. On the next update, we will fix this and you don’t need custom CSS.

For your another query, you can add the following custom CSS to increase click space of submenu icon

.cwp-header-menu-sidebar .navigation.cwp-submenu-onhover ul li.menu-item-has-children .submenu-icon {
    width: 30px;
}

Thanks for your feedback.
Regarding your query, it is new for us too, we are even using this theme on our own site and tested with some other but couldn’t replicate the issue.
We have few suggestion to resolve this issue:

• Please deactive all plugins and check if customizer is working
• Delete CosmosWP theme, reinstall and activate it and clear cache from WP-Rocket, CloudFlare and Browser

Gutentor Canvas is another option for layout design. It is basically an empty template, without header and footer, where you can design everything on Gutentor.

For the quick solution, you can use custom CSS, Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and copy-paste the following codes:

main#cwp-main #sidebar {
    display: none;
}

There may be some setting on the plugin to remove the sidebar because the sidebar is from the plugin. You can look at that.

Note : The theme name is CosmosWP . We have tried to include everything about the theme in the theme documentation, please have look.
