Thanks for getting back to me Matheus.
It was a client of ours who wanted this capability so that they could keep their donations and shop purchases all within the same checkout process to avoid customers having to make two individual payments.
They were previously using a WooCommerce product to achieve this which is of course not the best way of doing it due to the fixed pricing. As it’s not possible with GiveWP we will be able to achieve it by using a “Name Your Price” plugin for WordPress and allowing the customer to choose the purchase/donation price.
I hope that info is of use to you and I appreciate you taking the time to get back to me.
Thanks for getting back to me. However, in the first field I have a category and not a specific product. Is it still possible to keep the rule but apply this exclusion to a specific product within that category?

In reply to: [Download Manager] Hide file size and download count from link templateThankyou for the advice. I’ve actually switched to the icon template now as it’s slightly closer to what I need. I see there is a parameter called “icon”. Ideally, I’d like to set a default icon for all downloads which is how I have interpreted the description of this. Please could you help with how that parameter would be formatted in the shortcode?
I tried icon=”example.com/imageurl.jpg” and icon=example.com/imageurl.jpg, but had no luck with either.

In reply to: [Download Manager] “You are not allowed to download.” errorThanks for the help. For some reason, there was nothing in the field for that specific file, not sure why as I didn’t actually change anything there.
Anyway, this can be marked as resolved.
All the best.
