thank you, i just created a support ticket on your site and it is doing exactly the same thing.
a support ticket was created.
i tried to go back in and it asks for email and password which i do not have.
it sent a link to setup a password but the link does not work which is the same issue on my site.

yes, for first time support ticket creation is ok but not able to login as an existing user. so you wouldn’t be able to login with the credentials you used at this point which is the problem.
the only redirects i have is;
/product-category/woocommerce/
/shop/
/ wp-login.php to /login
admin login and redirectsorry but which template and what lines do i remove for the password field?

This is a new area I created on the website and used dummy accounts to test it out which was all good until the update.
A user gets an email that says the following;
Here are your credentials:
Username:
Password: {%password%}A user also gets an email that says “Please follow the link to set your password:…” but when you click on the link it goes to the home page.

just tried again. no change. it was only some styling for buttons etc…
yes admin part is all good.
can not see any errors on browsers
yes, it is English. i just typed randomly for testing
the only thing i noticed was straight after inserting a bit of css in divi options and when i switched back to check, the options to reply and admin comments were gone.
just check the test user setting which says “Support User, Participant” for site role. i assume that is alright too?!

just reinstalled everything on a new sub domain and seems to be working fine. very odd.
