In reply to: [WP Deals] What you see is not what you get!Just an update for you. Tokokoo agreed to refund the purchase of their theme designed for this plugin because they couldn’t provide support on either. Regretfully when Paypal asked if they had received the product in return (standard practice) they declined. So this was Tokokoo’s method of avoiding paying out 59 bucks. I found this petty enough to post this even though I may be accused of being petty myself.
As before I believe the plugin is essentially a decent product just don’t expect support and multiple themes to support it.

In reply to: [WP Deals] BestDeals themeI purchased Dealicious and was under the impression there was more then one template for this plug-in because I also wanted to buy WP Deals but all these questions remain unresolved because there is currently no support from Tokokoo on plug in or themes.

In reply to: [WP Deals] horrible customer service unbelievableannggikrisna,
I purchased dealicious from you in good faith. Our site goes live the first week of May and I expect you to have someone there to fix what looks like minor bugs. Your company provides a large number of products so I’m sure you have a programmer available so we don’t have to go and spend money elsewhere. The most important issues are:
1) Adding stock levels when entering a deal, this was available in a previous release but has been removed. In fact the number should be equal to the number of coupon codes created or loaded.
2) The sales report must contain the issued coupon code
3) Additional account information must be added such as name. address and telephone number.Get this sorted please so the plugin is functional.
Thx
