Note that our site uses geotargeting, so the page linked above can only be viewed from the USA.
Investigating further, I realized that UsersWP is handling the sending of these email messages, although the content of the Welcome email and Admin notice is coming from SWIFT. Thank you for your replies. I will troubleshoot further.
Cheers!
The three screenshots above show what I’m talking about. All three messages were created from the Welcome Email section of SWIFT, without any manual HTML formatting at all, using essentially the default messages provided by SWIFT.
Yet the Password Reset message does not show the same HTML formatting as the first two messages.
I’m at a loss to figure this out, since there doesn’t seem to be any difference in the back end composition of these three messages.
I didn’t hand code HTML for the Welcome Email but it did get sent with HTML formatting.
Also noticed that “Country” is not available on the Company edit screen.
Noticed that the company custom fields data displays when
- editing
the company record. It’s just not displayed when
- viewing
the company record “Custom Fields” tab.
This bug has not yet been resolved (even though this thread IS marked “Resolved.” Our installation hosted on IONOS shared hosting and Company custom fields are not importing yet.
Still no response to this question? Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m reluctant to poke around in the plugin code, considering my slim PHP skillset.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I suspect it may be related to code called on page load that isn’t called when the “Load More” link is clicked. I do see all the badges when I select the “All Courses” front end menu item.
I’m also interested in the answer to this question. Our products are physical, except for Gift Cards, which are virtual. We want to hide Pickup Time on the Gift Card checkout screen.

In reply to: [Maintenance] Not working with Uber reCaptcha plugin? So the last response was 5 months, 1 week ago… any progress on developing this? I’m using a different reCAPTCHA plugin and having the same problem. Your intended approach seems like a reasonable solution.

In reply to: [Postie] Everything seems properly configured but no posts publishedFinal resolution… I had set Postie > User > Default Post Status to “request-pending” instead of “pending”
Everything appears to be working properly now.

In reply to: [Postie] Everything seems properly configured but no posts publishedFurther to my original topic, I just checked my WordPress Media gallery and the image that was attached to the test messages I sent are all available there, so it appears that the email submissions are being received… just no post being created.
We will be upgrading to the premium version shortly, now that we know we can achieve the effect we need.
Thank you for your reply. That code snippet appears to have done the trick!
