Thanks for getting back to me. We looked into it also and concluded that the issue occurred following the recent WordPress release/update and the update of the Astra theme, which we were using on our site so it appears there is a conflict with the theme. We have installed another theme and the videos are displaying again. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Thank you; I disabled that setting / left that section blank the other day in order to resolve a problem
