I am seeing this as well on one of my sites using this plugin

I had “Category” and it is not working. I used the code you provided about and changed id to 1 for this site

I do not see all the product in that category listed.

As I stated in my first post I have to use this URL with the code still in the page.

Thanks so much that seems to work better. I had to also add the CSS to the template as in the Catalogues would not effect home page.

Also, it seems on that widget to have a word on the button, it also displays above searchbox? seems odd…

I removed all commas in sub cat titles
I created a new cat call test and two new sub cats test1 and test2 with products tester1 and tester2 in those cats.

Still not seeing any sub cats.

hierarchical is off.

Ok, dove into the sql admin and noticed that cat 17 – 19 were not associated with the catalog?

I will look into it further with our webhost.
