In reply to: Multisite CDNI think he’s working on other projects to pay the bills, as you do. I’m happy to wait, it’s worth it.

In reply to: Multisite CDNI’m still awaiting a reply so I expect he’s very busy at the moment.
I think I tried that and it still allowed them due to WordPress’s defaults.
Sorry to fill the thread with the same thing, but it hasn’t ever worked for me from 3.0.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Multipost MU] [Plugin: Multipost MU] Subscribers can create blog postsThat’s a shame, it’s a really useful plugin for us. But it works so not too worried!
Cheers!
Will probably expand it in the future to turn it into a noticeboard type plugin, allowing you to tick in the post editor screen if you want people to receive notifications on page changes, but redesigning the email to display the latest version.
This is working:
Or diff patch:
It adds a new text box to the admin page allowing you to insert comma separated post ID’s, excluding all post updates being sent unless specified. Note, it only works with post ID’s, if you want it to do it for something else it will need changing.

In reply to: Multisite registration spamSorry, the developer of the plugin.
Just a heads up, will be working to do this soon. Will be looking at adding a text box to the settings where you will be able to insert comma separated post IDs, the plugin will then only work for those certain posts/pages etc.
Will update when done.

In reply to: Multisite registration spamDoes WangGuard not work at all?

In reply to: Users issueYeah, that would be an issue. Best thing would be make another blog/site and copy all the settings across to it first then delete the old one and rename the new one in network admin. There might be a plugin somewhere that can replicate the blog with a couple of clicks, like Blog Templates plugin or something. You would be best doing it by hand though to make sure it wasn’t actually a plugin or setting that was causing it.

In reply to: Multisite registration spamAh, sorry I completely misread the title and your post it seems!
We use Anti-Splog from WPMUDev but it’s a paid plugin, very effective though. I recommend trying WangGuard though, it’s very good.
