@stuurman Sorry that wasn’t overly clear. Honestly I can’t remember the text on the button but it should be on your WP dashboard page in the “Yoast SEO Posts Overview” near the bottom. It basically re-analyzes the “indexability” of the homepage. It seems like the error is set as the default message and you need to refresh the plugin in order to view the real results.

I clicked fetch again and now it says it can be indexed. Looks like an update bug. Oh well; crisis averted lol ??

Sorry I’m not totally sure what you mean; are you saying switch to a different computer?

Alright; thanks for the reply. Right now I’m copy/pasting the recipes from the blog post (client side) to the text converter in EasyRecipe. It’s work but it’s time well spent moving over to a much more reliable plugin ??

Yay it worked; Jetpack and GA stats are now comparable. The issue must have been that I had the tracking code installed via the functions.php file. I must have done it wrong because it wasn’t loading every pageview. Thanks for your help!

Ok just did that; I removed the tracking code and re installed it via the Yoast plugin. Hopefully that will fix it; I’ll give it a day to see.

I manually added the GA tracking code to my website. My website was hacked a few weeks ago and this difference only presented itself after the restore. I checked and the Jetpack isn’t counting admin pageviews. I know that Jetpack stats are supposed to be a little lower than GA in general, so that’s why it’s so confusing that Jetpack is so much higher than GA.

Alright so I found the plugin causing all the trouble. But it’s the most important plugin on the entire site. Well, now I’ve got to figure out how to fix it. At least I found the problem. ??

Before I read your reply Tara, I decided to apply ALL the updates to my plugins, at once. BAD idea. Now the website is totally down and looks like this: https://cookituppaleo.com/. I am going to try to deactivate the problematic plugins via FTP, like you suggested. Thanks so much for your prompt and detailed reply!!
