Sorry to hear this. Sounds like it might either be:
– a conditional widget plugin/logic in the footer that’s determining when to display items in your site’s footer,
– some caching plugin that needs its cache clearing so that non-logged in users see the latest version of your footer.Would you be able to email us at [email protected], so we can take a look at this and your ConvertKit account to figure out what’s going on and get it fixed for you?
Thanks!
Resolved in 1.9.7.3, released today. Thanks!
There was a fix for this in 1.9.7.1, but it doesn’t seem to fully resolve the issue. Will review and resolve in the next update ASAP.
Sorry about this, and thanks for letting us know.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On] Adding tagsYes, this is possible with today’s 1.2.1 update.
In your Gravity Form’s form, set your dropdown choice’s values to your ConvertKit Tags:
Then, in your Gravity Form’s form feed, map ConvertKit’s Tag field to your Gravity Forms field:
First problem:
– If the customer opts in to receive marketing emails, with the ‘Purchase Data’ option enabled, they will be assigned to Form(s), Tag(s) and/or Sequence(s), based on the configuration at Plugin and Product level.
– If the customer does not opt in to receive marketing emails, with the ‘Purchase Data’ option enabled, they will not be assigned to any Forms, Tags or Sequences. As such, in ConvertKit, you can segment by Form(s), Tag(s) and/or Sequence(s) to determine which customers opted in, and which customers did not opt in. Remember, customers who did not opt in will not have any Form(s), Tag(s) or Sequence(s) assigned to them by the Plugin.
Second problem:
If you are referring to the list of Products displayed in ConvertKit’s Purchase data (https://app.convertkit.com/subscribers > Purchases), these cannot be removed by the Plugin. At the time of writing, there is no API option to remove these that the Plugin could use, and therefore you’re best reaching out to our support (https://convertkit.com/support) to resolve accordingly.Thanks.
1.9.6, releasing this week, adds a number of actions and filters that you may be able to use for this, which you’ll find documented at https://github.com/ConvertKit/convertkit-wordpress/blob/1.9.6/ACTIONS-FILTERS.md
