Confirming that updating ConvertKit for Gravity Forms to 1.2.7 resolves.
Hi Amanda,
It sounds like you’re running other ConvertKit Plugins that also need to be updated:
– ConvertKit for Gravity Forms 1.2.7 (if this is your site, I notice you’re on 1.2.6)
– ConvertKit for WooCommerce 1.5.1For detail,
get_products()
is included in our 2.0.0 release on WordPress here, and was also included in the last update, 1.9.8.5 – so this ‘missing’ method points to using an outdated ConvertKit API library, which would come from using an outdated ConvertKit WooCommerce or ConvertKit Gravity Form Plugin.Let me know if the above resolves.
Thanks.
Some questions / next steps:
1. Does the error persist when the ConvertKit Plugin is enabled and the Classic Editor Plugin disabled?
2. Does the error persist when the ConvertKit Plugin is enabled, the Classic Editor Plugin disabled and no other Plugins are enabled?
3. Does the error persist when the ConvertKit Plugin is enabled, the Classic Editor Plugin enabled and no other Plugins are enabled?
4. What WordPress version is this Plugin installed on?
Not reproducing per screenshots:
Feel free to provide more details so we can reproduce this issue.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing this – there’s no way to subscribe users to a different tag dependant on the web site language, however we’ve made a note of your feature request.
Thanks

In reply to: [Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for WooCommerce] Woocommerce emailsSorry for the delayed response.
The ConvertKit for WooCommerce Plugin doesn’t integrate/replace WooCommerce’s order emails at this time, but we’ve made a note of this request.
You can use this Plugin to subscribe customers to a form, tag or sequence in ConvertKit, to then send them emails – for example, based on the product they purchased. This wouldn’t be order specific, however.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On] Capabilities bugResolved in 1.2.5.
Below screenshot confirming available capabilities through Members plugin as an example:
https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1462305/179499943-9f6cbbfe-f740-4eae-99c5-5bad6a9b5548.pngI was messing around with ads at one point and had inserted some ad code to the end of posts via a different plugin (which I have since removed and deleted the plugin entirely). I’m sure something I did in that process to mess up the placement, but I don’t know what or how to fix it.
That would be a question for that plugin, ensuring they correctly remove everything from your site, restoring it back to how it was before using it.
Alternatively, you can:
– work with your host to restore a backup of the site prior to when the problem occured,
– work through your active plugins, deactivating individually until the issue resolves
– ensure any cache is deleted from any caching pluginIf the issue then persists, feel free to open a support request at https://convertkit.com/support with your account details, so we can take a look at your ConvertKit account.
Thanks.
@prodo 1.9.7.9 is now available. Would you mind updating and letting us know if this fixes the issue?
Thanks for the report. We’re not immediately reproducing this issue, but will release a fix today.
Can you confirm if the issue persists, and if so is it specific to one site / ConvertKit account?

In reply to: [Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for WooCommerce] Uncaught TypeErrorThis error originates from the main ConvertKit Plugin, and isn’t something we’re immediately reproducing.
Please provide:
1. A copy of your site’s information (Tools > Site Health > Info >Copy site info to clipboard
and then paste here).
2. A brief list of a few steps we can take to reproduce the issue (such as which fields need to be edited on a WooCommerce product to reproduce the issue, or a new product needs to be created to see the issue etc)Thank you
1. Navigate to
WooCommerce > Settings
menu in the WordPress Admin
2. Click theIntegration
tab
3. Click theConvertKit
link, taking you to/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=integration§ion=ckwc
This will force refresh all tags, ensuring they’re available when adding/editing a WooCommerce Product and specifying a tag in the
ConvertKit Integration
option of a product.“There isn’t something to remove on that line but an issue in the argument fetching by the plugin which you may contact its author for better insights.”
A code change may be applied to resolve this, although the existence of valid API credentials at Settings > ConvertKit, and at least one form on the ConvertKit account, would resolve.
This would not, however, contribute to the numerous issues you’re reporting regarding general WordPress Page and Widget errors/caching, noting you state issues persist with your WordPress site when the ConvertKit plugin is deactivated and removed.
I’d advise that you work with your CDN, host, theme and active plugin providers to resolve the root cause of your caching inconsistencies and issues at Appearance > Widgets, in light of the ConvertKit plugin not running on the site in question right now.
Thanks.
Will resolve in 1.9.7.5, releasing Thursday 12th May 2022 23:59 UTC.
Thanks!
