@michellebeck27 – Can you try activating the plugin again to see if it works for you now? The outdated version of jquery has been removed and it appears to work for us using WP version 4.2.1. If it still doesn’t work, please email me at [email protected].
@erwinmedia – What version of WP are you using? Please follow up via email as well.
Thanks,
PatrickHi there,
Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? We are able to activate it successfully with 4.1 and 4.1.1 so we would like to investigate further.
Thanks,
PatrickHi there,
Yes, you can modify the look and feel of the form using CSS to target the elements you want to change by editing the convertable.css stylesheet. We are in the process of adding a WYSIWYG editor for the plugin so stay tuned for that!
Hi there,
Can you send us some screenshots and more details via email so we can look into this further?

PatrickHi there,
This is likely because Google has started encrypting the keyword data for most organic searches. Unfortunately we are not able to capture the actual keyword that brought the user to the site because Google does not provide that to any analytics tools, including Google Analytics. Here is a link with more information – https://www.notprovidedcount.com/.
Hope that helps!
Hi Anthony,
Thanks for your question. Convertable currently only supports a Thank You page existing on your own site or the default Thank You message generated by Convertable. We agree that it is a good idea to be able to edit the response message generated by Convertable, including being able to add analytics/conversion tracking codes. We have added it to our to-do list and will plan on making it available as soon as possible!
Thanks,
PatrickHi there, you can style the forms with CSS directly within your stylesheets. We are currently working on a more beefed up Form Builder which you can edit the styles within the Convertable dashboard. We hope to release it in the next few months so stay tuned!
I have not heard a response so I am going to assume the error you are seeing is a result of installing it on a local server and not a web server (which is the only way Convertable will work since it uses our API) and thus I am going to mark this topic as resolved. Please feel free to contact me if you are still having any more trouble.
Hi there,
I have a feeling it has something to do with the install being on XAMPP/localhost. Have you tried it on a web server?
I found this comment on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18932951/parse-error-syntax-error-unexpected-endif-t-endif-when-trying-to-view-pos – “From my experience when Xampp throws an error, but your remote install doesn’t, it’s a file path issue. Such as local file vs. http request.”
This is the first we have heard of this error so we will investigate and keep you updated.
Thanks!
PatrickHi there,
Thanks for the kind words and the feedback. This is a great idea and we are adding it to our todo list. Can we mark this as resolved since you have been in touch via email?
Thanks!

In reply to: In need of contact form/database pluginHi there,
Feel free to check out our plugin called Convertable. It has an easy to use Form Builder and all of your leads are stored in a database, all of which can be accessed within your WordPress dashboard. Also, the primary feature of Convertable is its analytics so that you can see exactly how each of your customers found your site. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions!
Thanks for the great review! I just wanted to mention that this bug is currently being worked on so that users will be able to use any characters they want in their forms.
Thanks,

It appears this issue has been resolved with the updated 1.2 version of the Convertable plugin. Thanks again for your feedback and please let us know if anyone else has any issues with the form builder!
