Came here to mention that we scanned our hosting and found cdn polyfill.io being used by this plugin. Hope they can update this as soon as possible.

You can use autoresponders for new users. Please note that autoresponder emails are only sent to Active subscriptions. Once a subscription is Active, the autoresponder email will queue.
In Configuration (if you have tried our plugin or have it installed), if you navigate to Subscribers, and if you activate “Require Confirmation?”, you’ll see “Inactive Subscriptions” and can choose to send a reminder after x days. But, it’s not a custom reminder. However, thinking about it now, I can see how beneficial it is to have it send a custom email so I’ll note it down in our to do list.

After testing this, we weren’t able to find the same issue. Are you still experiencing it? If yes, could it be that your keyboard was not using the standard quotation mark? Some keyboards/languages use another style.

This is a false review that doesn’t represent the reality of what happened.
When did we not reply to you???
Where is your second ticket? You said you emailed us twice. I only see one ticket, and a reply was sent 11 hours after your ticket (because you sent it at night).Log in to our ticket centre and you’ll find your ticket and our reply.
You do not have a lifetime license with us. If you did, you would have a lifetime license.
What you have is an unlimited domains license.
???????We have 3 types of licenses:
– Single (for one domain).
– Unlimited (for unlimited websites/domains).
Those 2 above require renewals to get the latest updates.
– The third license is the lifetime license, which you do not have as I do not see that in your account.In fact, your last purchase was 3 months ago for a 3 month renewal, showing that you’re aware that you do not have a lifetime license (since you were paying every 3 months for a renewal). Your license expired on May 9 (yesterday), which means you won’t get the latest updates, that’s all. But you can still use our product and get support. You don’t need to pay for updates. You did renew today and then proceeded to write this review. Also, we have BCCs of all account emails sent to our customers and we see that our system notified you on May 2 that your license was about to expire in 7 days and then sent you another that it expired, 7 days later.
This is highly unfair and if you did buy it and our system didn’t register it, we’d investigate immediately and apply the lifetime right away. You could also send us proof of purchase or tell us the date and we’d check PayPal/Stripe for that purchase. We have customers whose renewals did not register in the past (not lifetime, but renewals), before the fixes we’d done, and we immediately resolved those.
You are treating us like thieves, which we are not at all. We’re a Christian company and honour every purchase just like we want ours honoured. But, we do not see any lifetime purchase from you.???

We are aware of both of those issues and already have an internal version that resolves one of them. We’ll also verify your suggestions. We’ll mark this as solved as we’re actively working on those and it will be ready in the 4.9.7 version.

Not at all. But, it seems WordPress did not review our update with the fix we launched for the security issue. It was launched on Sunday but yet they closed it temporarily for that issue, without reviewing our update. We’re waiting for them to re-open it.

We don’t believe that it was correct to do so, especially without warning, because we’ve been using your plugin for many years now and have many guest posters with links in the description. You can imagine the mess it has created. If we were to modify your code, it would lead to it getting overwritten upon your next update. And, if we were to fork your plugin, it means we’d have to take care of it and we have lots and lots of our own to manage.
We hope you can consider the above and add back HTML compatibility.

For the templates, you need to switch to HTML code and add your code directly to the HTML. Find a <style> tag and put the code inside it, meaning between the <style> and </style> tags. That’s how the templates work. They will be placed inside the chosen theme and sent like that :). In reply to: [Newsletters] Emails cannot be deletedI believe there’s an issue with the email archiving feature so we’ve been working on fixing it. Thanks for mentioning it here! It may related to using external cron (cPanel, etc.) rather than WP Cron, or it may be something else. We’re almost done with fixing it and it will be ready for the next version release, if everything goes well.
