I got trough this by deactivating other plugins, and once I had only resurs bank and woocommerce activated it worked. After putting my creds in the plugin it authorized and the error didin’t come up anymore. There seems to be some sort of clash between other payment methods plugins that cause this error, but you can get around it by just doing what I did.
