Our theme happens to have a class called “s” which is the exact one that the plugin used. We changed the class on our theme so now the “S” on or glossary list nav menu works. I am closing this thread.

I think I fixed the problem because we had “onclick” from a previous javascript code. It now works in IE8. Thanks for the plugin.
