With some help I now understand what you were talking about.

So, I created a series of questions that can be viewed in the “Profile Fields” section.

How can I get those questions on a page, or area where the members can see them and answer them?

My tweets are 4 hours off as well.
I made a the last tweet at 6:00pm and it shows 10:03pm, and it’s not even 10:03pm as yet.
