Not sure if this has been brought to your attention or if you are aware, however, inside my Google Search Console I have 3 blocked resources from
https://supsystic.com as follows:

https://supsystic.com/_assets/tables/css/animate.css?ver=1.2.2
https://supsystic.com/lib/tooltipster/tooltipster.css?ver=1.2.2
In fact I have this issue with all my wp-content/plugins on my entire site.
My robots.txt file does not disallow these, however, google is blocking them.
Any solution to fixing these?
