What is the name of your Contact Form Plugin ?
Most of the contact form plugins do not require any direct “connection” with your mysql database.I use Contact Form 7 (download here) for my WordPress blog.

I found this “Panotour Pro V2.3.2 64bits” when i check the code of your homepage, it’s a “Kolor”, not a WordPress.
Not a line about WordPress in the code.
