Yes, thank you. But I did do that already with no results. I should have mentioned that more clearly. I was hoping there might be more than that for the other problems.

The code is up to snuff now., and I tried the float properties. Although that worked as far as placement, it certainly did move the footer up with the menu. So not there yet. I will try some things with the footer and see. Thank you for your responses.
