Thanks for your reply, the database is only 3.3mb. I don’t know much about databases but I expect that’s actually relatively small, no?

Ohh so it has to be a publicly available theme for such an update process? Hmm bother, that won’t be of much use then.

Do you know of a way for me to update their themes/websites without them losing any changes of their own?

Hmmm nope, that unfortunately doesn’t seem to have fixed it.

Do you mean the admin.css of the plugin for me to send? I’m not sure if he’ll help, his work is nice but doesn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about helping others. But I’ll give it a go.

Below are two links, one with the plugin enabled, and one without.

I identified it as I contacted the theme’s developer about this displacement and he told me that it was one of my plugins causing the error. So I disabled all of them and of course, the theme showed properly, I then went through each of them and came to this one as causing the error.

I’ve only seen this problem with this theme so I cannot say whether it happens with other themes.

Okay, I don’t believe I changed any Permalink settings.

I’m unable to log in to the Admin panel as it redirects to the newly set .co.uk/wp-login.php. I can access it by manually typing in the wp/ directory but as soon as I click Login, it reverts back, cancelling the log in.

Yes, that’s correct. What I did was copy the index.php into the subdomain’s root directory, then opened it in Code Editor and altered the copy to say:

/** Loads the WordPress Environment and Template */
require( dirname( __FILE__ ) . '/wp/wp-blog-header.php' );

Would I not be able to simply download the /wp-content folder, delete everything from the /wp directory, and reinstall it to the correct place and then move the original wp-content folder?
I’m not too knowledgeable on WordPress’ filesystem so not sure where the content is stored.

Okay, so I tried to follow the instructions on that link (thanks for that), however, I can’t seem to find the .htaccess. I checked it in several file managers with the hidden files option disabled yet it still was no where to be found.

I copied the index.php file and whilst it showed the blog, there’s no CSS styling

Ahh well that’s a shame. Would that be something to be implemented in a future update, you think?
