I have the same issue please see https://www.kibworthtennis.co.uk on this site it does not show. However on other sites using the same theme (enfold both on same version) it does see https://www.britishartportfolio.co.uk.

Many thanks for this I have got this to work however in Gravity forms it show s date format in American ie YYYY-MM-DD is there any way we can change this so that the _EventStartDate and _EventEnddate are showing in UK format ie DD-MM-YYYY

I have now sorted the permission issue a few tables have now been created but with now get this error, ?
