Basically what I want is that someone signs up for the directory and gets a welcome email, they get accepted and gets an activation email but when I put the activation email setting on it comes with the welcome email but the request to join has to be reviewed first. They are both coming in at the same time. I wanted to possibly have the registration have all the fields filled in at once but it seems registration won’t allow a photo upload. I’m sure I’m missing something but can’t seem to make this a bit more seamless than it is. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
At the moment they register, I get the email that they registered then I accept them and I have to send an email to them to sign in put in their information. Ideally they would register with all their information at once including photo and would be accepted onto the site.
