In reply to: Live and Editing View look differentI made an improvement, but the general problem is still here. The vertical section is now in a box, but it’s still too small. Both columns say their width is 50, and they look even when I’m editing, but on the live site it looks like I set one column to be 1/3 the width of the other colums.

In reply to: WordPress Directories(folders?)I don’t mind “animal” showing as an index of page.
Animesh Gaurav, I want the files to be stored under “Animal”, and I want animal to be part of the url.
I’ve seen this on other websites.
Will this be possible with your instructions?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Paypal problem, Payment pending (unilateral).I didn’t use any plugins. I just set things up inside of Woocommerce. I forgot to mention that I also had the paypal email address, and the receive email address not being the same, due to a typo.
There is no transaction data listed in Paypal.
I’m about to see if I can get in touch with Paypal to see if I should try to get the customer to resubmit the order.

In reply to: Copy plugins and themes across sitesI did already make the site, but it has no content so I can redo it. However, the plugin settings will not be the same for every site. Will that be a problem?

In reply to: difference in formattingThe problem is with the theme itself. I am in contact with the developer. I will mark this as solved.

In reply to: difference in formattingI found the problem. When I set a featured image it makes the text that comes right after it bold and bigger.

In reply to: How to create a drop down menu?Create a category. Then add that category to as one of your menu headlines. Then place any pages you want under that menu heading. <—This assumes “Support” is just a category list, and not an actual page itself.
If Support is a page then you can still have it as a menu heading. It should be automatically added unless you have set up wordpress so that pages are not automatically added. From that point you go to menu, and you just slide the the subtopic under the main topic.
———————————————————-
If the page is not added automatically then you can do it manually. If you go to your menu you should see something like this. Click me
You would click whatever you saw there and then click “add to menu.”
Once that is done you can just drag in with your mouse under the page or category you want it to go under.

In reply to: Can not get child Theme to workI didn’t active the new theme because the site just kept spinning on the live preview, and in the area where you select the theme the image did not even show up correctly.
What I ended up doing was using a plugin to make it work. Then I deactivated the plugin.

In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] no access to admin areaProblem solved. Another plugin just happened to stop working at the same time I updated BackWPup.
I reset the plugins via the instructions in the above link and then I activated them one at time until I figured out which one it was.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] no access to admin areaI was able to get back into my admin area using the information from the link below. Specifically the 4 step method, but I do not know how to use revert to an earlier version of a plugin. Once I figure that out I will return, and mark this as resolved unless someone post here telling me how to do it first.
