hey guys, ive been looking for something similar, im working on an online dating site and id like to be able to show all users who are currently online, aswell as *optional* be able to show location of users offline.

I have however found a decent substitute that actually has suited my needs pretty well and may fix all of your problems. It uses ip of the user to mark where they are connecting from, it shows active users as green dots and it shows a world map you can scroll over on, the coolest feature is that is shows the users display name along with the city, state/country

ps – if somebody can find a google maps version of what this plugin does, thats what id like, as you know google maps can zoom down to street level etc… which this plugin cant do.

i found it, it was acutally just the “<.hr>” code i needed.

ok i think i may have found an issue, it seems like the pages that i have marked as private appear to be missin to the public, but if i switch them to public it puts the Page heading in the navigation bar. Is there a was that i can Link to a page within my page where i dont have to have that link in the navigation bar. only way i knew how to do it was setting the page to private, any help appreciated.

what im tryin to do. I have an orderpage that i dont want seen unless you click the order button.

and i have a gallery section that links to private picture gallerys, So that it doesnt slow the page load.

if you can tell me how to add these things to the page, without having them listed in the navigation menu, you me know. I want to link to them from test links within the page.

also, is it possible to link a private page within a public page? when i link my registration page to my Private order page it is saying file not file. but i am using the permalink that is listed in the order page, what gives?

Heres the weird thing, after i cleared cached and fixed it then went back to editing the page again, the same thing happens? why is it just affecting those 2 buttons and none of the others? id really like to know this, there has to be some sort of problem

Ok i guess it was on my end, I tried deleting cookies, history cache etc… then rebooting and it started to work again in firefox, Thanks for your help

ok this is weird. In internet explorer its working fine for me. I mainly Use firefox, and firefox is still not allowing those 2 links to work. what gives? if u could try in a firefox broswer that would give me some insight a little

the register and gallery buttons are working for you? why wont they work for me, ive tried clearing cache but it hasnt worked, let me try from a different browser. But keep it mind, they were working for me last night
