Thank you for following up. The issue has been resolved. It seems the issue is related to the Siteground Speed Optimizer plugin. The website was moved from Siteground hosting to a non-siteground hosting provider and that’s when it caused the conflict.
I have now removed the Speed Optimizer plugin and everything is working.
