I see. Thank you for explaining. I also hope that there is a solution.
I appreciate that you are willing to take the time to set up LearnPress and and run tests.
Thank you so much! I have just tested with the global options of Embed Code. I placed a test code to embed in the head of all pages globally. The code was embedded everywhere including lessons. That is, the “GLOBAL CODE” part of Embed Code works for all post types including lessons.
The codes placed in the backend editor of individual lesson posts cannot embed the code in the frontend published html.
I really appreciate your continuous responses regarding this.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for the prompt response. The options show up in the editor in the backend. I can write the code in the textbox provided for the header and footer, but the code I add does not embed in the html of the published post (public). Please note that the codes I write in the header/footer textbox with regular posts get embedded in the html. If the post type is something different (such as a lesson-type), then the added code is not embedded into the published post.
Thank you.

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Sitemap permalink issuesHi,
I have used Yoast too with NO success. I have just re-verified with Yoast a few minutes ago. The sitemap generated by Yoast does not contain the “courses/introductory-data-science/” part in the links for lessons either.I used three sitemap generators so far to verify the issue. The three sitemap generators are: Rank Math, Yoast, and Sitemap Generator. All of them generate the links for lessons incorrectly. That made me believe that the issue is with a function call from either LearnPress or Eduma.
Thank you for looking into the issue.
You too have a Merry Christmas.

Thank you for the update. The issue is resolved. I added all the subscribers to the desired list first (using bulk actions multiple times for each page of subscribers). Then I added a new subscriber using a subscription form from my website. The new subscriber was added successfully. The list was not erased.
I really appreciate this quick fix.
I have the same problem. I can see them with “All statuses” selected. I added all again to a list. Once anyone subscribes, only the new subscriber survives in the list, the rest of the subscribers are removed from the list automatically.
I agree, not knowing which users unsubscribed is an issue.
I fix will be super helpful. Even going back to the state before the update will be of tremendous help.
