Thanks a lot! I did exactly what you told me to do. And now I have a Custom Child Theme of the Appointment Green Theme. Thanks a lot, I am glad that following updates on the theme will not affect my changes anymore.

Hi Amit,

You asked me to be more clear what my question is.

I am using the Appointment Green theme on my website. I created a menu with Max Mega Menu. After updating the theme, I lost the menu on the top of the website. (The blue menu)… Very strange that you cannot see that menu on Google Chrome, I am also using Google Chrome en the menu is working fine over here on desktop.

I am preventing that when there comes a new update of the theme that the menu is lost again. Therefor I want to create a Child Theme, and I tried making a child theme. (creating new folder on server, called Appointment-Green-Child, created styles.css and functions.php), but this is not working. I asume that the problem is, that Appointment Green is allready a Child Theme of Appointment Theme. I also tried with plugins to create a Child Theme, but not working.

So me question is a short sentence is: How can I create a Child Theme of the Appoinment Green Child Theme?

Thanks for replying on my post. I checked your screenshot, but this is not what I mean. You see another version of my website as meant to be. Which browser do you use? I use Google Chrome. In Google Chrome I see what is on this screenshot

Hi Tom,

It is working again. Indeed I did a manual integration, i just followed the steps from the link in the documentation you gave me.

I am now going to search how to create a child theme and to create a backup.
