Well… I thought my plugin was working correctly (I was getting weekly emails). Evidently it wasn’t so I don’t have a backup now.

Should I just export my wordpress files and then install a new fresh copy with a new database. I am thinking at this point that is the only thing I can do. If this is the case, any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I was cleaning up some plugins that I was not using and clearing out databases that I didn’t need. Evidently I checked this one by mistake.

I do have a database backup plugin, but when I go to restore the database, it says it fails.

I am at a loss on what to do.

and the problem persists in RC2

This plugin does not work well with 2.7 beta3 (you can not purge or delete completed tasks) and it looks like the author is not updating the site. I really liked this plugin! Does anyone else have any other alternatives?

I have a fresh install and this is happening… running vista and firefox3

I have no plugins activated on the fresh install.

I really like NextGEN Gallery – does the trick for me… and is easy to operate and maintain.

I figured out the problem – under askimet configuration, there is a check box to “Automatically discard spam comments on posts older than a month.” I unchecked that and it is good to go. I did get a legit comment on an old post marked as spam as soon as I unchecked it.

No, I don’t use it for any other site (I have two wordpress.com sites, but they show no askimet at all) –

just looked and now it is up to 1449 with none in the queue – so that is four more missing…

no, this is by viewing it via admin — only one shows up and 42 is missing. I check my askimet generally every other day or so. I noticed this problem a few days ago.

How about NextGen Gallery? I have not actually used the sidebar widget that comes with it, so not entirely sure – but worth a shot…

While this solution works, it is not working for my particular problem. I need a way to list related posts from the tag on my Page that I create. Also, I would like when you click on the tag link in the post, that it will go to that page that I create. The plugins I am using for the gallery photos and the table will only work on Pages.
