Never mind, I figured it out.

Just a final note — Woocommerce was warning me that 40MB was not enough memory allocated and that turned out to be the issue. Upped it to 64MB in wp-config.php and everything is working now.

Thank you again to everyone for their suggestions.

Ok, we’re going to look a little deeper at a couple of things and then I’ll head off to Woothemes. Thanks for the help…

No plugins other than Woocommerce active.

No responses here in a while, I’m guessing we’re running out of ideas, right?

I’m guessing something’s corrupted in the WP database. I’m thinking it’s close to a complete recreation of the site to fix this. I just wish there were some logs or something that could show us any errors… I’m just not enough of a Woocommerce expert to know where to look.

Thanks royho. Twenty Twelve active. All plugins except Woocommerce deactivated, problem persists. I’ve left the site in that condition for you to see. I’ll return it to the previous condition at 1:30pm CST.

I am also seeing this issue. I’ve got the latest version of the plugin 2.0.5 and I’m running WP 3.5.2. There are Video Thumbnails on the post and in Media Manager. I ran the debug tests and all works.

The only clue I can give is that if I click on “Reset Video Thumbnail” on the post and THEN click on Update, the Featured Image is populated. I don’t think that’s how it was working originally.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply — yes, I hacked around and ended up replacing the code in the srp-functions.php with a Contact Form 7 short code. And amazingly, it worked!

    Cheers!

@designsbys — can you tell me how you did this? I’m looking to do the same thing… Thanks!
