Ethan, I found a temporary fix. there is a plugin called WP Rollback that gives you the ability to roll back plugin versions. I rolled back Yoast SEO to 3.0.3 and that fixed it for now. At least this way we can continue working until the issue is resolved correctly

Upon further testing with de-activating Plugins…. It turns out Yoast SEO seems to be the issue. When de-activated, response is back to normal.

I have the exact same issue. Started last night. Up to 7 seconds can pass between typing and the characters appearing on the screen.

Seems to affect all my existing pages, but not if I start a copletely new page.

I tried disabling all plugins recently updated. No difference.

OK, I was starting to suspect that I was actually done, just seemed like there should be more to it. That and PayPal’s site claims I’m mid-setup. ??

No particular steps. Just followed the process to sign up for a business account.

It appears to be working even though it says the setup is incomplete.

Now, how do you want to set up PayPal on your website? If you work with a developer, they can help with this.

I’m not ruling out the 4.3 update either. I posted in that forum as well.

I wonder what else we have in common with our sites, since this doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue.

Yes experiencing the same. My indexed pages dropped by half on the 18th and again by half on the 19th. Not sure if this is due to the new Yoast SEO version or the upgrade to WordPress 4.3

YES!!! It seems to have worked… I’m on 4.2!

The only additional thing I did was empty all the revisions as my posts table was 2000+ rows.
