In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Very slow typing in Editor after last updateEthan, I found a temporary fix. there is a plugin called WP Rollback that gives you the ability to roll back plugin versions. I rolled back Yoast SEO to 3.0.3 and that fixed it for now. At least this way we can continue working until the issue is resolved correctly

In reply to: Editor is very slow when editing more complex articlesUpon further testing with de-activating Plugins…. It turns out Yoast SEO seems to be the issue. When de-activated, response is back to normal.

In reply to: Editor is very slow when editing more complex articlesI have the exact same issue. Started last night. Up to 7 seconds can pass between typing and the characters appearing on the screen.
Seems to affect all my existing pages, but not if I start a copletely new page.
I tried disabling all plugins recently updated. No difference.

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Pay Pal Setup InstructionsOK, I was starting to suspect that I was actually done, just seemed like there should be more to it. That and PayPal’s site claims I’m mid-setup. ??
Thank you very much for your help.

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Pay Pal Setup InstructionsNo particular steps. Just followed the process to sign up for a business account.
It appears to be working even though it says the setup is incomplete.

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Pay Pal Setup InstructionsHi MBR, Thnaks I did read your article as well as some of the other ones on your site. Once the step you covered is done, I’m presented with two options:
Option AWork with a partner that’s already integrated with PayPal
Option BCreate payment buttons using HTMLForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Pay Pal Setup InstructionsSpecifically, here is where I don’t know which to pick and how to proceed..
Now, how do you want to set up PayPal on your website? If you work with a developer, they can help with this.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Google stop indexing after upgrading to 2.3.4I’m not ruling out the 4.3 update either. I posted in that forum as well.
I wonder what else we have in common with our sites, since this doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue.
I spoke with Chris, we don’t have the same theme.
Where are you guys hosted? I’m with 1&1

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Google stop indexing after upgrading to 2.3.4Yes experiencing the same. My indexed pages dropped by half on the 18th and again by half on the 19th. Not sure if this is due to the new Yoast SEO version or the upgrade to WordPress 4.3

In reply to: 4.2 update turned all pages into posts. Big mess!!!YES!!! It seems to have worked… I’m on 4.2!
Dave, Listen to Gofe. Seems he knows what he’s talking about.
The only additional thing I did was empty all the revisions as my posts table was 2000+ rows.
Thanks a bunch Gofe!
Marko, I’ll send you a bill for all my time.. ?? (joke)
