Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have resolved this compatibility issue warning in the latest plugin version 2.7. You may consider upgrading Comm100 plugin to resolve this warning. If already on version 2.7, please confirm your WordPress version.
You may check plugin version and WordPress version from Plugins > Installed Plugins in WordPress Administration Area

Pricing is the No.1 question on the FAQ page. We thought it was obvious enough. Thanks to your comment, we realized that some people might still not be able to find it. So we added a pricing link on the Description page above the fold as well.

We read your post on our support page. Currently, your live chat button is available on every page of your wordpress site after you install the plugin and successfully link it to your account.

Currently, after you install the plugin and link to your account, live chat is available to every page of your wordpress site. If you want the button to display on certain pages, please email [email protected]. Our support team will help set this up for you.
And Joseguzman, we’re not quite sure about the “option/settings button” appearing on your site. Could you take a screenshot and send it to [email protected] so that we can take a close look? Or can you advise the URL of your wordpress site with Comm100 Live Chat?
