I have just started a new site and I have chosen Neve. Following your video instructions I can’t remove the Neve Theme credit at the bottom of the pages. I have WordPress 6.6 running for my new site.

Deactivationg W3 Total Cache resolved the problem. All back to normal.

Thanks for your thoughts. I’ll do a back up and then deactivate and see what happens.

I don’t know how I can temporarily disable Waymark without deactivating it, which I’m afraid will lose all the maps Waymark maps I already have on the site.

Is there another way?

I am sure it has nothing to do with curly quotes as I typed both osmap markers and osmap gpx within wordpress. The code for markers worked fine while the gpx code didn’t.

I have now discovered that if the first code is gpx and the second code line is markers it displays correctly. But not the other way round as I had it before.

However if I take the markers line of code off the page then again the gpx code doesn’t display. It means that I have to have two maps on the page.

I have tried all sorts of combinations now and there doesn’t seem to be any reason why sometimes the gpx line of code displays or doesn’t display. Currently it’s failing to work. The osmap markers always displays correctly.

Any further thoughts?

Another aspect of upgrading to 5.5 I have noticed is that whenever I amend the block editor with my dark background it also indents all the text.

Has anyone else noticed this.

I am having the same problem with white background in the block editor and white text.

The temporary fix looks too difficult for someone of my ability to try. I think I would do more harm than good.

Is there any home that this issue will be resolved shortly as currently having to change the background of the block is a real pain.

Looking forward to a full time fix.
