We activated Hello theme and with that we were able to see the Apresenta??o\Menu area and now we can manage menus. Don’t know if this is the right way to work with Template Kits but it worked.

Done the test of conflicts and when we activate Moloni plugin we get two Entrances for Encomendas.

We already contacted their support but they say that the problem is in Woocoomerce plugin.

If we use your premium version of WP2Social Auto Publish then we don′t need to creat a Facebook app. That’s it?

Or even if we use your premium version of WP2Social Auto Publish we always have to creat a Facebook app?

Sorry for the delay.

We made the update of wordpress version to 5.2.2 and test again and the results are the same. The coupons don′t work correctly.

Those were the steps for our test:

We are using the edp19 coupon and you can see its settings on the prints bellow

1. We made a booking for a 2Pax Tent and use the coupon edp19
2. Went to Woocommerce\Orders and updated the order to Complet
The coupon usage remains at 1/12

Next,
3. The we made a order for a woocommerce product and use the same coupon edp19
And the coupon usage is update for 2/12.

We sent this test to the Calendarista plugin, the plugin we are using to make the bookings, and there answer that,

“Hi, as I’ve already told you, coupons in woocommerce have little to nothing to do with Calendarista. Once the checkout step delegates payment to Woocommerce, then Woocommerce takes over.

If the payment is in completed status, the coupon code will be deducted. While knowing that this is not related to Calendarista, I went the extra mile to test and reached the same conclusion. It works correctly. You will need to fix this on your end, it is of no use for me to log in and test Woocommerce. I am not associated with Woocommerce in anyway and cannot diagnose and fix issues related to third party plugins ??

We understand their response to a certain point but the fact is that the coupon usage just doens′t work when we make a booking. When buying a woocommerce product also seems to work just fine.
