@smontplaisir – that’s just how the web works ?? FWIW the only solution to your problem would be to convert that text into an SVG logo and upload that one instead of using the text. This way, it will be treated like an image (not a word) and will scale down better.

Hi @dorchy,

could you please make sure you have enabled Testimonials from inside JetPack?

JetPack -> Settings -> Scroll untill you find the “Custom Content Types” section and make sure these two toggles are set to ON:
