I’ve managed to solve the problem. I realized that my theme has a hidden option to change the excerpt length. A conflict with the theme could have been causing the codes mentioned previously from working properly.

@sumanm Thanks for the code. Unfortunately, it only seems to get rid of the excerpt from the very first post as you can see. I’ve left the code in so you can take a look.

@vpraveen60 and @sumanm – thank you, but neither of the codes provided worked for me.

Forgot to add the <\div> tag at the bottom of the post. Problem solved.

Nevermind, I fixed it by changing the permissions of upgrade.php to 644 via FTP.

Well I just started a new site, but I have yet to implement any advertisements. I’ll try ad injection first and see if it works, if not I might try to contact you or just try another plugin. Good luck with your new job!

I know, I just decided to come here for support because the theme authors are on vacation. But it doesn’t matter anyways, I figured out what the problem was on my own. I somehow figured out that the problem would go away if I removed .htaccess. But since I need .htaccess, I couldn’t completely remove it. So after about 30 minutes of removing portions of .htaccess one by one and testing which area was the cause of the error, I ended up removing one line from .htaccess to make everything work.

Nevermind, the problem was that in Settings > General, the URL for Site Address was entered incorrectly.

I tried Adrotate, and it works great. Thanks Andrew!

It did nothing. By the way, I have it so that the administrator doesn’t get cached content.

I turned off cache, and it did nothing. Turned it back on…

I did a search of my theme folder, and found that inside base.css, so I changed it to margin:25px 0 15px, and it did nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Just a few suggestions:
– Change the background, because you’re only traveling South America, and some of those pictures in the background aren’t from South America.
– Possibly make a banner if that’s at all possible.

Other than that, it looks pretty cool.
