Can you recommend an SMTP? There are several out there and some seem very involved. And yes, we constantly have been checking spam folders.

Just did and it worked, duh on me, altho I generally do this just playing around to make sure font sizing etc. is ok, so now all fixed, thank you!

My host company set php back to 5. something (there are no 6. versions, went from five to 7). I know this may not be the best solution, but until Imagely fixes this, it’s the best advice I can offer.

All is updated to latest versions, wordpress and all plugins. This is an issue with Nextgen, several postings, seems they are working on it. When I find out it’s fixed, I’ll have the host update to the 7s.

I had same issue on mobile, there were conflicts so I had to use another gallery. Not much help, I know, sorry.

Yes, I called the hosting company and they reset PHP to 5. something versions. All is fine now, hope they don’t reset it in the future.

Not using any caching and I am real reluctant to change themes, using Weaver X and I have done this before – and pretty much re-building the site all over again, Weaver X does not like to be switched (FYI). However, I just deactivated then updated the plugins (site doesn’t use that many, only 6 or 7) and that seemed to have done the trick! Thanks for the advice, should have thought of that. (Seems it was Image Widget).

Yes, that’s the first thing I did, but didn’t help.

I should clarify a bit, the page doesn’t disappear, it’s still there, but it cannot be added to the menu in any way, it can’t be saved to the menu.

I’ll try again (with the double .wp-captions?) and will post on Weaver support, I guess I thought this was more of a wordpress issue rather than a theme issue – thanks again for your help!

just one picture and I tried that css code, when I put it in the image just disappears in page view…remove it and the image shows back up again.

Thank you, I’m using Weaver II, have tried the new Xtreme, can’t say I’m that pleased with it especially in mobile views. Am assuming I put this in the css section?

And, doing some more trouble shooting, form works on some wordpress sites with this host, but not others. Help!

HI, just installed this, quick question, is there a way to remove the ‘tag’ (I guess that’s what it is) that denotes the person/email address of the poster in the Search Results? Site is at https://arvdheart.org. For that matter, is there a way to remove the date as well in those results?
In other words, as an example, all of this when you search arvd:
February 3, 2015 [email protected]

To fix the bug:

Using ftp, Download and Open file blog/wp-admin/includes/screen.php in your favorite text editor.
On line 706 find the following PHP statement: <?php echo self::$this->_help_sidebar; ?>
Replace it with the statement: <?php echo $this->_help_sidebar; ?>
Save your changes. Upload file.
