we once encountered a theme which loaded content with ajax and because of that didn’t call certain actions which are called when the content is loaded standard way and that caused issues with the popup. I assume this might be the same case, but it’s hard to say if we don’t take a closer look.

yes you should just place the shortcode on the page you want your popup to appear. What kind of trigger settings have you set for it?

That is expected behaviour of popup. Popups show regardless of if user has entered his email or not, if you would like to show the popup only once then I suggest you Advanced targeting add-on which has an option for showing popup only once https://wppopupmanager.com/portfolio-item/advanced-targeting/

We are not able to replicate these issues. Can you describe how “If I select “Timer” then the when I validate my email it the window appears again.” this is happening? You mean after you refresh the page then the popup will show again even thought you already submitted email in the first time?
