yes visitor comments, I have unchecked the boxes at top in screen options but comments from visitors are still showing on the page

ok I did find how to remove the comment box from a static page but now some comments were already posted and I would like to remove them how do I do that

Lets say I created a page titled Money and write a blog post secondary income , how do get the post to appear on the Money page as well as any subsequent posts

I am not finding that option Appearance>>Header the only options are choose file or choose image….also on y page I had to plae the image for display in the banner wide wiget

I am not finding the option to select remove default image is there another option that will allow to remove banner and wiget (top page wigets) from all pages but home page
