I found the culprit. When I turned off CSS Combine External and Inline is started working again. Any idea why?

I have the same issue, but the suggested fix did not work. The video only shows on desktop for logged in users. If a user is not logged in, the video disappears but only from desktop. It shows up fine in mobile. In fact, when I shrink the screen size, the video appears. It is on the front page of rescueforce.org.

Other than this issue, the plugin is awesome! Greatly increased the speed of our site.

I use this theme on multiple sites, and it is the same for all sites. Definitely a compatibility issues between Safari mobile and this theme.

Ok, I figured it out. And for anyone else who wants to do the same, all I did was change the position from fixed to absolute which was around line 1690 in style.css.

Thanks for the reply. It is 2000px W x 1199px H. I cropped it when I uploaded it. Changing that one pixel didn’t do anything. Any other ideas?

I have the same issue as well.

I tried your Zacklive theme as well, and the problem exists only with your themes. I love the theme, and I have spent dozens of hours customizing it for our site, and this is the only issue I have, but it is a serious issue. I really don’t want to have to start from scratch with themes again.

Please respond ASAP.

I would very much like to know if this feature is available as well. I would like to be able to get people’s real address during registration.

So do I. I asked in the past and received no response. When I try and register on the support website, it says “This is an invalid username” and I can’t register. Very poor support.

Doesn’t work in Chrome either.

Never mind, I found the short code on your website.

Never mind. I just realized you have to hit “set logo” on the media page, then “save settings” on the logo page.

I am having the same problem since upgrading to 3.9. Only in Firefox and only on the Mac. It does it with two different plugins activated. Both scripts I believe.
