We’ve troubleshot the issue you’re facing. Can you kindly change your Freshsales setting as mention below,

– Freshsales settings > Leads Module > if there is any required field except the last name then kindly disable it.

Kindly follow the steps which are mentioned in the description. The order profit will only be calculated for completed orders, kindly change your order status completed.

The warnings are showing due to conflict with other plugins. We have tested and didn’t reproduce these warnings, can you send us a reference video so that we better understand your issue. If you are comfortable we would like to have your WordPress site login credentials so our team can look into it.

According to the functionality of the plugin, the receiver of the Gift Card receives an E-mail with a code from where the Gift Card can be redeemed . There’s no further work has been done for this plugin to show balance amount left.
